EDA HOMEBUYER WORKSHOPS

The Riverside County Economic Development Agency is holding free workshops for homebuyers interested in purchasing a home in the County of Riverside. Learn about the County’s homeownership programs and other available resources. County approved participating lenders will be available to answer any questions regarding the mortgage loan process and how to apply.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Homebuyers who would like information on the County’s First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) down payment assistance program or the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program are encouraged to attend.

AVAILABILITY
Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis with limited seating. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to the workshop start time.

COST
There is no cost to attend workshops and parking is free.

LOCATION INFORMATION
Workshops are being held at the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside located at 5555 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504. 

ADDIITONAL INFORMATION
To prequalify, please bring the following items with you to the workshop:

  1. Copy of your social security card or driver’s license
  2. Proof of income for the most recent 2 months (paystubs, award letters, etc.)
  3. All asset income statements for the last 2 months (bank, 401K, etc. )
  4. W2’s and Federal Tax Returns for 2012, 2013, and 2014
