Housing Program
A vital component of revitalizing the Agency's redevelopment project areas is the implementation of housing programs to improve and increase affordable housing in the communities. In order to implement this, 20% of the Agency's funds are dedicated to housing. A number of programs have been developed to meet the specific needs of Riverside County. Some of the programs financed with redevelopment funds include:
- Enhanced Home Rehabilitation Program
- First Time Homebuyer Program
- Mobile Home and Agricultural Housing
- Infill Housing Program
- New Housing Development
