Development Opportunities

The south eastern portion of this sub-area is located in the Wildomar area and is primarily residential.  There are many opportunities for in-fill housing development throughout the area and some commercial development along the primary corridors.

The easterly portion of the project area is located in the Lakeland Village area and is comprised of commercial parcels along Grand Avenue and residential parcels adjacent to the lake.  Opportunities exist for infill development, site assembly and small-scale commercial development in this area. This portion also offers opportunities for rehabilitation of existing commercial and residential uses.
