Project Overview:

Lincoln Family ApartmentsThe County provided HOME funds for the development and construction of a 57-unit rental housing complex. Other funding sources include a tax credit equity contribution, a permanent loan and a deferred developer fee.  The construction completed in December 2007. The total development cost for the project was approximately $11.2 million. The period of affordability will be 55 years from the issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy for the project.

Community Details:
The project consists of 28 two-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom, and one two-bedroom unit set aside for an on-site manager.  Individual units will be equipped with central heat and air conditioning and full kitchens including refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and garbage disposal.

Amenities:
The project includes a community building of approximately 1,685 square feet with lounge area, kitchen facility, offices, exercise gymnasium, mailroom, restrooms, laundry facility, and barbeque area.
