| Property Description
The County of Riverside Redevelopment Agency provided $1,670,000 in RDA funds for the development and construction of a 106 unit single family mobile home park located in the Community of Mecca. The project, which was completed in March 2003, consists of owner occupied mobile homes where owners lease the land. The majority of the home owners were assisted with the County’s First Time Home Buyer program in the purchasing of their homes. All of the project units are reserved for low income home owners.
The mobile home park amenities include: an onsite a head start program, ESL classes for residents, after school activities as well as a crime prevision program/neighborhood watch program. |
