The Lakeland Village/Wildomar Sub-Area is located adjacent to the city of Lake Elsinore. It is approximately 2,859 acres in size and consists of four non-contiguous areas in the communities of Lakeland Village, Wildomar, Sedco Hills and Cleveland Ridge. The Lakeland Village/Wildomar Sub-Area borders the southern portion of Lake Elsinore. Over half of the Sub-Area is single-family residential, with some commercial development and several public facilities. Because the Sub-Area is adjacent to Lake Elsinore and the Cleveland National Forest, it has significant recreational potential. A portion of the sub-area lies within the boundaries of the new City of Wildomar.
A Project Area Committee (PAC) has been established to help prioritize the projects and activity within the Lakeland Village/Wildomar Sub-Area. For more information on the PAC and how you can get involved, please click on the navigation menu at the left.
