Please be sure to name the park and indicate the field you wish to reserve (if more than one field at your chosen park).  You will be contacted by the Community Services Division to arrange for remittance of ball field fees.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have submitted the completed request forms, provided proper insurance information and payment for field use.
