Cabazon Sub-Area

The Cabazon Community Sub-Area is comprised of approximately 4,597 acres located east of the city of Banning along Interstate 10. The majority of the project area is located south of the freeway and contains a mix of residential and commercial property.

The project area has good freeway visibility and is easily accessible from Interstate 10. There are three freeway interchanges serving the project area: Main Street, Apache Trail and Fields Road. Main Street and Seminole Drive run parallel to the freeway, linking the interchanges. Factory outlets and restaurants are located within the project area.
